Having trouble accessing a OneLink-supported service? We recommend the following steps:

  1. Confirm Account

    Try our account lookup tool for details on your account.

    If you have any trouble confirming or accessing your account, you can always register again. If you register multiple OneLink accounts, they will be linked to the same Duke record.

  2. Test Account

    Sometimes it isn't clear whether an error accessing a site indicates a problem with the account or a problem with the site itself.

    To verify that your Duke OneLink account is working as expected, sign in to the OneLink test page.

  3. Notify the Service Desk

    If you need personalized assistance with your OneLink account or a site you are trying to access, please contact the OIT Service Desk.
